How to Apply - Terms & Conditions
First of all you must send us your completed application form – Please complete each step in the application form.
For the Firenze course, you must also send us a link to a short video recording of around 5-10 minutes of your playing. Please download your video to Youtube and email us the link with your name. This is mandatory for every new student but not for returning students nor for students recommended by one of the course professor.
For the Llandovery course, a video is not essential, although we may contact you after processing your application to request a short video.
Please send us a photograph with a good likeness
As you work through the form and select options you will see the cost of each option with a final total at the very end.
At some places in the form you can express a preference for which tutor and we will do our very best to book the student with that tutor. However, timetable clashes and limited availability mean that we cannot guarantee you will always get your chosen teacher. We will let you know if there are still some places with your chosen teachers (some teachers are fully booked by the beginning of January).
We will then review your application and if you are successful we will contact you to let you know how to make your bank transfer.
If and when we tell you that you are accepted, you can either pay in full, – saving later bank transfer charges – or make a deposit of £600, with the balance to be received by us before 1st May 2017.
This is important because your place will be cancelled and the full deposit of £600 retained if the balance is outstanding after this date.
From the date we issue your provisional registration you have 5 working days to either pay in full or send your deposit.
Once this time slot has passed we will not keep a place –even if you are a returning student.
- If a participant decides to cancel before the 1st March 2017, the registration fee (£600) less a small administration chnarge can be refunded. If cancellation takes place after the 1st March 2017, no refund of the minimum registration fee or total fees will be possible.
- The balance of fees is due on or before 1st May after which date any reserved accommodation not paid for in full will be re-let.
- We strongly recommend that you take out insurance to cover cancellation costs.
