This is a complex application form which lays out for you the many choices and options we offer to help each student get the very best experience from the LMFL Llandovery Course.

Course Discounts
Discounts are available if:

- You register and make full payment before 30th September 2018 - 10% discount
- 3 or more members of the same family register - 10% discount
- You are a returning LMFL student - 5% discount

The discount applies to all pre- and main course music options and language options.
The discount is not applied to the basic course fees, accommodation, lodgings or airport transfers.

When you are happy with the options you have selected, please send the form to us - we will check the options you have chosen and send you a provisional booking confirmation if your application is successful.

At that point we will request payment - by bank transfer please - and send you details of how to pay.

We will require a minimum £ 600 deposit with the balance payable in full by 15th May 2019.

Once you have received your provisional booking confirmation you must make the payment required within 5 working days - if we do not receive the payment within 5 working days we will not be able to guarantee your place on the course.
