Llandovery Course Registration Process

  1. Online Application Submission:
    Please complete and submit your application form online.

  2. Admission Notification:
    Upon receiving your application, we will promptly notify you of your admission status to the Llandovery course.

  3. Provisional Registration Acceptance and Invoice:
    If admitted, you will receive a provisional registration acceptance along with an invoice.

  4. Deposit Transfer:
    Upon receiving the invoice, kindly transfer the minimum £800 deposit within the next 5 working days.

  5. Confirmation of Course Place:
    Once we receive the deposit, your place on the course will be officially confirmed.

  6. Balance Settlement Deadline:
    The remaining course fees must be settled by May 15, 2024.

  7. Photograph Submission:
    Prior to your arrival, please send us a recent photograph for identification purposes.

  8. Cancellation Policy:
    In the unfortunate event of our having to cancel the course, all payments will be promptly refunded in full.
