Course Application

Application Submission:

  • Please submit your completed application form. As you navigate through the form and make your selections, the total cost will be displayed at the conclusion.

  1. Teacher Preferences:

    • Express your teacher preference during the application process, and we will make every effort to accommodate. However, due to timetable constraints and limited availability, we cannot guarantee your chosen teacher for every session.

  2. Teacher Availability Notification:

    • We will inform you if places with your preferred teachers are still available; note that some teachers may be fully booked by the beginning of March.

  3. Provisional Registration and Payment:

    • Upon successful application review, we will send you a provisional registration form and invoice with payment details. You can opt to pay in full or make a deposit of GBP £800 within 5 working days. Your place will not be guaranteed/confirmed until the deposit has been received. 

  4. Balance Payment Deadline:

    • The balance must be received by us on or before 15th May 2024. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the cancellation of your place, and the full deposit of £800 will be retained.

  5. Cancellation Policy:

    • If a participant decides to cancel before the 15th May, the deposit will not be refunded. After the 15th May, no refund of the deposit or total fees will be possible.

  6. Special Circumstances:

    • In the event of valid reasons such as medical issues, a death in the close family, or a pandemic, if a student must leave the ongoing course, a credit may be applied towards a subsequent course as compensation. In other instances, no credit can be offered. We strongly recommend obtaining private insurance to address unforeseen circumstances.

  7. Discount for Returning Students:

    • Students who have attended an LMFL course in or after 2018 are eligible for a £150 discount on the final cost.
